Samurai X live action - EPIC movie!

What can I say?
Great? Awesome? Spectacular?
Well, here's what. The movie was SO GOOD TO BE TRUE! It's not an epic fail unlike the hollywood adaptation of Dragon Balls (sorry but, it's true) or any live action versions of anime! Ruruoni Kenshin: Samurai X the live action movie was far more greater than any live action movies/series I've ever seen. I knew it on spot, when the official trailer was released, it'll be an epic movie. And, I was right! It was more than what I've expected. From the cast, to the fighting choreography, to the set, to the editing and effects.......it's just so like the anime! And, hey! I'm a 90's kid and I really have a great respect for the animes in those days, they may be old but they're classic. And as a fan, speaking, I seriously salute the production crew and everyone behind it. Kudos to you all! You deserve it. You gave justice not only to the anime but to the mangaka as well and everything and everyone who are involved and love Samurai X.

To all the anime lovers in the whole world, especially Samurai X fans, I strongly recommend that you all watch the movie when it'll be available world-wide. Trust me, it's WORTH IT.

I also am grateful that I was able to watch the movie earlier than the rest of the fans in the whole world and I thank SM Cinema for this wonderful opportunity. A great christmas present indeed! Thank you, thank you for having Samurai X shown earlier for us Filipino fans!

My Top 5 Alternative rock bands

K-pop.
J-pop.
And all the other pops that you could ever think of! But at the end of the day, it's always alternative rock that stirs me most. Be it local or international. I just love 'em!

For the past years, I have heard, read and watched about alternative rock bands or any bands, here and abroad and never miss the opportunity when they're featured on television programs. Let's say, I'm a sucker for bands, and I want to support them for as long as I could. Especially the old ones (sorry for the term 'old'). Who could resist them? I want to witness them til the end. And so for today, I shall reveal to you guys my FAVORITE and TOP bands. Yes, I have to make an emphasis on those words for there are so many bands out there that I really do admire. But these guys, not only did their songs made its way to me but also their vocalist/frontman. *Opps! Guess I just spilled the beans right there -giggles-

So, here are my TOP-FAVORITE bands:

On the 5th spot is THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS. The band behind the songs You Better Pray, Cat and Mouse, Damn Regret, and Your Guardian Angel, to name a few. I'd say, my first encounter with these guys was way back high school when I mistook their lead frontman as female! I mean, with those long, sleek-straight hair, anyone could mistaken him as girl, on the first glance. But nonetheless, they've made themselves known and their songs. Good job, you guys! Keep up the good work!

On the other hand, the 4th spot goes to none other than the trio-band from Europe, THE SCRIPT. Yeap! These guys have already conquered not only Britain and States but also Asia to South Africa! How cool is that? I'd say, they're just as cool as their hits! Some of their greatest songs had been featured in famous tv programs such as Ghost Whisperer & The Vampire Diaries
Have you heard their songs yet?

3rd spot, SIMPLE PLAN! Oh yeah, baybeh! They've been in the music industry for as long as I could remember. These French-Canadian rock band are the ones behind the songs we love to sing along with when we all go "emo" such as the songs Welcome to My Life, White Lies and their recent hit Summer Paradise (not really emo though). Oh, those good old days. Glad to have the guys back on the music industry again.

2nd spot, PARAMORE.
Remember this scene? Those clothes? And the setting? Well, one thing's for sure. When you ask average people who/what the band PARAMORE is, they'll answer you "..the band who sang DECODE, from the movie, Twilight..." straightaway! (Which is totally true.) But even before that, the band was doing pretty well especially during the whole Paramore Riot! period where people and fans all over the world Riot-ed along with them and the Farro brothers was still with them. Now, they're only down to 3 members; Hayley the vocalist, Jeremy the bass guitarist and new member Taylor. I gotta be frank, right after Josh and Zack left the band, their popularity declined and there isn't much news about them nowadays. Too bad. They were a good band. They still are! But not as nearly good as they were before.

And last but not the least, my TOP favorite band of all time, LINKIN PARK

I can still recall my cousin playing LINKIN PARK songs way back, along with some other bands, whenever I go to his room. Let's just say, he was the one who influenced me with all this bands that I've been so crazy about. I'll have to remember to thank him properly. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have come across Chester and his gang. *giggles*

Well, there are 2 reasons why I love Linkin Park. First, their songs, especially Crawling, Leave Out All The Rest, Numb, What I've Done, New Divide; they're my all-time favorite! Second, I've always thought Chester and Eminem are twins, and I still do now! *lol* But really, they're just amazing. No matter how old they get, they just keep getting better and better. *sighs* How I wish I could meet them. "Linkin Park-in-flesh-meets-Jess" hmmm......not such a bad idea. Though, I wonder, WHEN WILL THAT BE? Hhahhahahahah

Seriously, I wanna meet them.

'Til next time, dear readers! ^^
Love lots! -xoxo

Dance to its beat!

Parlez-vous francais?

I gotta admit. Raiding my friend's phone every once in a while really never fail to amaze me! Every time I do so, it's either I get to see cool pictures and apps and everything, then I reached her music player and discover such AWESOME songs. Whether it's up-beat or not........they're just to good for words.

And as for my opinion, the remix is really amazing and much better. Don't care what other people say but hey! Everybody has their own personal taste, right?

Oh well, so much for everything. Til next time :D

AMALAYER.....too mainstream.

Watching the video, once again. Seriously! I've had enough of it. People posting nasty comments or mimicking her then post it online, I've had enough of it.
For me, personally, her accent ain't that bad. It's just her saying "I'm a liar" too often is what makes it mainstream and exaggerated it into "Amalayer". But I'm not saying that what she did was right. Then again, I remembered how judgmental we, humans could get and we really didn't know the reason why she was able to do that. We never considered  that maybe she just had a bad day, just like any of us especially if we woke up on the wrong side of the bed or had a dragging-stressful day and just snaps out of it (that's how it goes for me but not with a loud voice, of course.) And if she reveals her side of the story, I doubt people would make a big deal out of it since the previous video was just too powerful to reconsider. Anyway, the only thing that I could say was her only mistake was, when she defended herself with such a loud voice and the fact that she mentioned how she's educated and stuffs like that, it's just too arrogant of her, that's what. Just like how the "I'm a liar"-to-"Amalayer" is being exaggerated, she herself was exaggerating the whole scenario.
I just hope this dies down, as QUICKLY as possible.
Spread the good vibes, not the opposite one. Don't let  pessimism win. Be optimistic!
Never the less, have a good day ahead and thanks for your time reading my post! :D

Latest update of Kuroshitsuji

Woo-hoo!! I finally now have an idea as to what to post about. Since reading manga has been part of my whole being, I shall be talking about one of my favorite manga's latest update, Kuroshitsuji a.k.a. The Black Butler by Yana Toboso-sensei.
Kuroshitsuji Volume 1 cover.jpg
Sebastian Michaelis

Finally! After waiting for a long-dreading month, Kuroshitsuji chapter 75 is finally out in all manga sites.

Surprisingly, one of the many highlights in this chapter is when Lizzy's father revealed to everyone that Ciel's father was a graduate of Weston College.

And to know more, read Yano-sensei's latest update of Kuroshitsuji.

Thank you and have a good day :D
